Payment methods Accepted

Credit card - Master, Visa or Bank Card

We accept credit card payments through our PayPal account, you don't have to have a paypal account and there's no fees or charges.

To pay with a credit card choose the Paypal method at checkout then when you are directed to the paypal payment page click on the link to pay securely with your credit/bank card.

Paypal

You can transfer money online using your paypal account.  If you don't have a paypal account you can sign up for free, alll you need is an email address and it doesn't take long to register.  You can choose to pay with funds in your paypal account, credit card or bank account.

Money orders or Cheques

We happily accept money orders and cheques, however please allow a few extra days for us to recieve them in the mail and to wait for funds to clear before processing order.  Please choose the print order option at checkout and our details for payment will be displayed.

Direct Deposit

You can make a direct deposit into our bank account  Please choose print order option at checkout and our bank details will be displayed or you can make a direct deposit through paypal.  Please use surname or the last 4 digits or your order number as a reference when making an online payment, thanks.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order to you as quick as possible.  Items in stock will be delivered within 14 days of  payment, out of stock items and large orders may take between 2 - 4 weeks, much sooner if possible.  Please allow upto 4 weeks for personalised orders.  Deliveries to New Zealand and Internationally will take an additional 7 - 10 days to deliver.

Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you need your item urgently please send an email to info@theperfectfavour.com.au and let us know the date you require your order by and we'll get back to you with an approximate delivery date.

* Please allow extra delivery time over the christmas holidays as most of our suppliers are closed for a 2 week period.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include a GST of 10%

Returns Policy

Even though The Perfect Favour's products are of exceptional quality, we know that sometimes customers may purchase products that are not right for them.  If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with something, it doesn’t fit or simply isn’t what you’d expected we’ll happily take it back for an exchange or refund. The Perfect Favour wants you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. Customer is to pay for return postage of unwanted items.

If we are not able to supply a suitable item for exchange we can offer you a refund for your returned item (unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact). We are only able to offer refunds for the value of the item and not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer.
